Safe Hands Property Management is a residential property management company with a
difference. By combining over 15 years experience, in the management of privately owned
properties, we are able to provide the first class and affordable service to landlords in the city
of Budapest.

Refurbishments & Interiors

When it comes to letting apartments, it is a key to have them on top all the time. As
the market constantly changing, we have to adjust the apartments to the demands to
make sure they stay competitive. For this we provide our extensive experience of
property renovation and construction. We do a lot of refurbishments for our clients, be it a new kitchen, new bathroom, painting works, arranging new furniture etc.. Our fees vary according to the project, but we are happy to merely oversee a project or actively run the renovation/construction process. We work together with contractors, decorators, carpenters and other experts who are skilled and reliable. Do please ask

Services Offered

Full property management:

  • Deal with all day to day matters to ensure you have a well looked after property and a satisfied tenant.
  • Oversee the transfer of utility charges, common charges etc, at the commencement of a tenancy.
  • Organise the inventory check in/out service.
  • Oversee a start/end of tenancy clean.
  • Be the main contact for tenants at any time ensuring all reasonable tenant queries and urgent issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
  • Carry out periodic inspections of your property to ensure it is being well looked after.
  • Provide a written periodic cash flow report
  • Negotiate any rent increases on your behalf.
  • Vacant property management service.
  • Provide tenants with all documents, as required by law, relevant to renting a property.
  • There is no mark up on any invoices so the invoices we receive are the invoices you see and we pride ourselves on providing a personal and professional service which encourages a good working relationship with everyone’s best interest at heart.
